• Troubleshooting: Generating a new key can sometimes resolve connection issues.

Whatever the reason, getting a new key is a straightforward process.

Follow these steps to generate and use a new access key:

1. Log in to Your Account:

• • Go to the official CyBearVPN website: https://cybearvpn.com/
  • Click on the "Login" or "Account" button.
  • Enter your registered email address and password to access your user dashboard.

2. Navigate to Your Dashboard:

• • Once logged in, you will be directed to your personal user dashboard.

3. Generate a New Access Key:

• • Within your dashboard, find the section related to your subscription or access keys.
  • Look for an option to "Generate New Access Key" or "Replace Access Key".
  • Click this option. Confirm if prompted. Your dashboard should now display the newly generated key.

4. Copy Your New Access Key:

• • Carefully copy the entire string of your newly generated access key. Use the "Copy" icon next to the key or manually select and copy the text.

5. Open the CyBearVPN Application:

• • Launch the CyBearVPN application on your device (desktop or mobile).

6. Add the New Access Key in the App:

  • Click the (+) plus button.
  • A field will appear where you can enter or paste a new access key.
  • Paste the new access key you copied from your dashboard into this field.

7. Load Servers:

  • Upon successful verification, the list of available CyBearVPN servers will be loaded or updated based on the new key, allowing you to select a server and connect.
