How to Fix “Error 5010: Apple ID Already Linked to Another Account”?

If you encounter the 5010 error saying that your Apple ID is already linked to another account, this usually happens in the following situation:

You initially purchased Premium through the in-app purchase,
But later, you also tried to use an activation key (from our website or Telegram bot) by manually copying and pasting it into the app looking like the following:

✅ How to Resolve the Issue

Open the CyBear VPN app.
Go to the settings and tap Reset.
After resetting, choose one of the following options:

- Tap Restore to recover your Premium subscription linked to your Apple ID.
- Or, re-import the activation key that starts with bconf.

ℹ️ Important Notes

If you upgraded to Premium directly via in-app purchase, you do not need to manually import any activation key. Your subscription will automatically be recognized—just use the app as normal.
The bconf activation key is only required for accounts activated through our website or Telegram bot.

👉 Following these steps should clear the 5010 error and allow you to continue using Premium without interruptions.
